By using the google search engine, you can just key in free blog template, eventually you will see many link. Some really good, some just usual and mostly copy and paste out of the other.
Bare in mind, there are differences in blog. So make sure you get the right one. Most common blog many uses was the current one where you are looking at, we call it Blogspot. The second most popular blog was Wordpress, kinda like more luxurious type compare to blogspot. Oh well, is all up to you. As for me both just does the same thing. It's all about how good you at coding !
